Yes, I'm Singaporean! Blog Contest
1. Contest Period
- The "Yes, I'm Singaporean!" contest will be held from 10 December 2008 to 07 January 2009 (22:00 GMT+8).
2. Contest Eligibility
- This contest is open to all Singaporeans and Singaporean-wannabes who are registered members of www.mySingapore.sg.
(Sign up now: http://www.mysingapore.sg/Membership/).
- All personal particulars submitted at sign-up must be authentic and accurate. www.mySingapore.sg reserves the right to reject any entries with incomplete or false personal particulars.
- No purchase or fee is necessary to register, enter or to win.
- Employees of www.mySingapore.sg, its vendors and suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to take part in this contest.

- By entering this contest, the Contestant agrees to all its terms and conditions.
- Each Contestant must do the following to qualify for the contest.

- Leave a comment with a link to the particular blog entry submitted at http://www.mysingapore.sg/Fun_Stuff/Blog_Contest/
- Each Contestant is only allowed to submit 1 blog entry. If a Contestant submits more than 1 blog entry, only the latest dated entry will be taken into consideration for the contest.
- By submitting the entry, the Contestant is solely responsible for all information in the entry and certifies that the entry submitted is his/her own original creation and does not violate or infringe upon any copyright(s).
- All entries must be complete. www.mySingapore.sg reserves the right to reject any incomplete entries.
- By submitting the entry, the Contestant grants www.mySingapore.sg the rights to use the information submitted in the entry for future promotion or commercial purposes for an unlimited period.
- www.mySingapore.sg reserves the rights to reject/ disqualify any entries that contain any obscene, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate information.
5. Contest Criteria
- The blog entry will be judged on the following criteria:
- Entertainment value (Photos and videos will definitely earn you extra points)
- Creativity
- Sheer Singaporean factor.
- A panel of judges appointed by www.mySingapore.sg will make the final decision in selecting the winner based on the above criteria and the entry’s relevance to the contest topic.

- Top winning blog entry will win a sleek, shiny iPod Touch (with customised name engraved on it.)
- Top 10 winning entries will get:
- T-shirts
- Tote bags
- e-badges
- All prizes are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any benefit in-kind.
- Winners must collect their prizes from an address designated by www.mySingapore.sg.
- Notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions, www.mySingapore.sg reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to:
- cancel or modify this contest;
- determine and/or amend, by addition to, deletion from or variation of, these terms and conditions without prior notification, including but not limited to, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection of winners, and the timing and venue of any act to be done, and all participants and winners shall be bound by such determination and/or amendments; and
- substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
